We'll do everything in our power to make sure your products reach you on time and are in working condition when they arrive.

If shipping broke or damaged your order we'll make sure to repair or replace everything until you are left with a perfectly working Kobold product!

Our kobolds are always happy to try and modify our products or make new ones according to your ideas.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If you live outside Europe, this generally applies to you.

VAT/Duties/Import Taxes are determined when a package is being imported into the country, and are based on weight, package size and package value. Each country has different rates for import fees, so they can be highly variable. For more information regarding your country’s individual import fee cost, please speak to your local post office. 

We cannot provide specific information on these fees, as they are not known to us, but please be aware of them ahead of time to save yourself an unpleasant surprise!
