Shipping policy

Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Dungeon Displays are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, while accessories are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. While we always do our best to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carriers or customs.

 

Import costs and duties 

We ship globally. Outside the European union we ship under DAP terms, this means the buyer will be responsible for paying the import duties in the country of destination.
